Simple I2C scanner with USB CDC output interface.
Based on stm32f103c8t6 'black pill' board.
Using the most popular 'blue pill' board is possible but you must replace R10 with correct 1.5k or USB won't works.
note: onboard LED in 'black pill' is connected to PB12. In 'blue pill' is connected to PC13.
