Addresses #4796
Description of the Change
Both the web app server and client are removed, along with related translation strings. Jetty has also been removed as it is not needed anymore.
Also found another unused package and removed that.
Possible Drawbacks
Users who have silently made use of the web app will be sorely disappointed.
