Stylesheet needs .pika-table abbr{} adding with some sensible default styles. (eg. no borders, "help" cursor etc.)

I was using it with a page with a generic css template that was styling the <abbr></abbr> element and it was making the day name abbreviations look rather odd.

OK. I'll need to clone it out properly instead of being lazy and just grabbing the zip :-)

Done. I also did a PR for my onToString callback mod that I used to get around the "western timezone" problem in #138.
