Overlay library based on GameOverlay.NET which rely on SharpDX (DirectX). Overlay library that apply an overlay on top of an existing application (might be a game or anything else is fine). FOR GAMES: Works in borderless/window mode, so doesn't work with full screen mode (borderless is the closest you can get).
