I've moved to codacy from lgtm. See the dust_extinction package for an example. We could do this for PAHFIT.

Where does this issue stand? Do we still need to move? Our testing framework is rather broken at the moment, but I know @drvdputt has that on his plate.

I just updated the title of this issue. We can write down everything going wrong with the continuous integration services we're using, so we can fix it all in one pull request or a set close-in-time pull requests. Summary for now
