This allows quicker identification and fixing of errors vs waiting for the radio image to download then verifying.

The manually edited nature of config files is slightly error prone (for me at least). To reduce the time needed to notice and fix an error I've added a flag to only perform config verification. It uses the existing
radio_connectfunction to set up everything needed for verification.
