I've been testing the Slide Layouts / Slide Master function, and I love it!

I just wish that there was an "Exit Slide Master" button in the Home tab.

Often, when I'm between the Layout View and Normal View, I like to create a new slide using the layout I'm designing. This involves going to the View tab, exiting, then going back to the Home tab to create the new slide, then going back to the View tab to switch back to the Layout view.

MS PowerPoint has a tab dedicated to the Layout view, and when you exit it, it brings you back to Home:
