Is your feature request related to a problem?

I would like to be able to have pager controls on the top and bottom of the table, for when the table is showing enough rows to scroll it would be nice not having to scroll to the bottom every time to change page

Describe the solution you'd like

Maybe in the PageContent have a parameter for the locations/ a flag to have a pager at the top.
Or a simpler option would just allow MudTablePager in the ToolBarContent of a MudTable. Currently you can put a Pager in the ToolBarContent but it breaks the Pager in PagerContent

Putting a Pager in the Toolbar works but breaks the Pager in the PagerContent
