Phantom Hearts when using Generic Max Health modifier. #2307

Max health appears to be double what it should be, only for the client. As far as the server knows, max health is calculated correctly
I tested the same setup on 2 scenarios, on the latest commit (12794d4 at time of writing), and 7c121ee.
