Current situation: The draw_motion_vectors function currently draws all motion vectors in the same color, regardless of their source value, i.e., regardless of whether they point to a future frame or a past frame.

Goal: Draw motion vectors with positive source values, i.e., those pointing to a future frame, in green. Thos with negative source values shall be drawn in red.
