Minesweeper game written in C

the Logics of the game is not writen completely by me and there are Snippets of other people's code present in this program. the File handling is not completely implemented and needs more work. for the program to correctly print and run you need to enable Unicodes on your system and run your console in fullscreen.

Windows:

1. Go to the Control Panel and select "Region and Language".
2. Click on the "Administrative" tab.
3. Under "Language for non-Unicode programs", click on the "Change system locale" button.
