This project analyzes social media data from a platform called Social Buzz, simulating real-world client engagement for Accenture.
I was able to:
- Complete a project analysis focused on advising a social media client (Social Buzz) as a Data Analyst at Accenture.
- Cleaned, modeled, and analyzed 7 datasets to uncover insights into content trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepared a PowerPoint deck and video presentation to communicate key insights for the client and internal stakeholders.
- Extract Insights: Analyze user reactions and content categories to understand user preferences and content popularity.
- Identify Trends: Examine user engagement patterns and content trends to inform platform optimization strategies.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and informative visualizations to effectively communicate key findings.
- Address missing values, inconsistencies, and irrelevant data points.
- Identify patterns and relationships within the data using statistical methods and visualizations.
- Classify content into predefined categories to understand user preferences for various content types.
