I installed this today on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.685] (Windows 10) and got this error when starting up:

Capture-WrongFont

Would like you guys to fix the rendering of this selection dialogue.

Ah, display the languages in Unicode. It actually displays correctly if you are running the codepage of that language but it should be upgraded so it displays correctly for all.

The "correct" way is to convert the .lng and .tips files to UTF-8, and remove all the special handling of the language files.
