Adding commands for M1 but I'll keep em as comments so when cpufetch is working on M1, it's already there.

cpufetch M1 port is already implemented (I did it just a few days ago). I'm waiting for a guy who is going to test it in real hardware (since I do not have access to any M1). If you can, I would appreciate if you could give it a go (remember to do Closing the pull request. |

I have added and commented things regarding support for the M1 chip. When cpufetch is made to be compilable on MacOS on M1, these parts are already made.
