Usually you are lack of some dlls. Do not run in QtCreator because it will not given you any helpful information. Just goto your build dir and double click your exe to see what dll is missing. Usually you may forget to copy ffmpeg and openal dlls. Put them into Qt dll dir is the simplest solution to run QtAV app in QtCreator.
