Please go to the Windows File Explorer, type %AppData%/freeshow into the file path bar:

Select all the .json files found in that folder and send them to [email protected]
I will then be able to fix this issue for you. :)

This has also happened to me in the last minutes before our service started. Because it was a hectic situation, I reset the whole computer back to zero, meaning all files were gone so that I could reboot Freeshow.
I forgot to post an issue about this but yeah

Hey @m-esag i used the windows taskbar many many times to kill the program, but nothing really helped - we had problems like freezing and lag with freeshow on our old pc, hence why we bought a new pc, and then after using freeshow like a month on our pc it randomly stop, everything just blank.
But now its fixed (for now)
But @vassbo I‘m not really sure on how it happened, but i think it’s the editor - this was like on 1.3.0.
Sorry for that small info, but I can’t recall everything 🤷‍♂️

Oh and downgrading the program did also not help so resetting the pc to zero was the only option...
