Remove unneeded override

Not sure when it was fixed in foundry but it has been fixed.

Allow using on v11

There's still a few deficiencies, but it works without any serious
errors. The configuration window is hopelessly broken, and v11 added a
new disposition that isn't handled.

Update to lates lancer-inititiave library

Enable sorting by default.

Off by default was a legacy choice due to an obsolete bug. The option
may be entirely removed in the future.

Fix workflow

Argh

Render combat tracker when changing enable-initiative and sort options.

When changing the "combat-tracker-enable-initiative" and
"combat-tracker-sort" options, run game.combats.render() to immediately
refresh the combat tracker application.
