Describe the bug

TimePicker crashes under Simple Theme in 1.2.0 beta with "Control with the name 'PART_ThirdColumnDivider' already registered."

Trivial fix implemented in https://github.com/VisualMelon/Avalonia/tree/timepicker-1_2_0-simpletheme which removes what looks like an accidentally C&P'd bit of code in #16079: I shall open a PR if useful

To Reproduce

  • Open control catalogue
  • Set theme to Simple
  • Open Date/Time Picker page
  • (Crash)

Expected behavior

No response
