Parse IOSoccer json files and turn them into csv

1. Install requirements with either a venv or using pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Rename config.ini.example to config.ini. To convert Steam ID's to Steam names, enter your Steam API key into the config file
3. Run the script with the json file as first parameter
4. A csv file with the same name as the .json will be created
