This is a big release to device support and usability.

Release notes:

• Added dynamic tray menu. Devices only appear in the tray if they are detected.
• New supported device type "Mouse Mat".
• Added "Spectrum" and "Breathe" options for mice.
• Custom color settings are now saved locally.

Additional testing is welcome for mice and mouse mat. Please raise new issues if your device is not functioning correctly.
