Balancing the demands of a rigorous engineering program while contributing to the AKAYA Foundation as an Administrative Assistant intern last year is no small feat. Discover how we made a difference with Kwanda! ✨ We're thrilled to share the impactful data from our Like Her Project sessions during April to June this year, conducted with a total of 231 girls from the Shai Osudoku District and Central Region of Ghana. In partnership with Kwanda these sessions focused on tackling period poverty, boosting confidence, and ensuring that every girl has the tools she needs to succeed. The findings from these sessions highlight both the challenges and the progress made in our mission to keep girls in school and empower them to reach their full potential. These insights will guide our future initiatives as we continue to create meaningful change. A heartfelt thank you to Kwanda and everyone who has supported us along the way.
