თიბისიმ საქართველოს პასუხისმგებელი ბიზნესის კონკურსზე „Meliora 2024“ ორი ჯილდო მიიღო. კონკურსის გრანპრი კატეგორიაში - „წლის პასუხისმგებელი მსხვილი კომპანია“. თიბისიმ აღნიშნული ჯილდო იმ გამორჩეული საქმიანობისთვის მიიღო, რომელსაც გარემოსდაცვითი, სოციალური და მმართველობითი გამოწვევების გადაჭრის მიზნით ახორციელებს თანამშრომლებისთვის, მომხმარებლებისთვის, გარემოსა და საზოგადოებისთვის. მთავარი ჯილდო კატეგორიაში - „გამჭირვალობა და ანგარიშგება კორპორაციული პასუხისმგებლობისა და მდგრადობის საკითხებზე“. თიბისის ჯილდო „2022 წლის მდგრადი განვითარების ანგარიშისთვის“ გადაეცა. ანგარიში ყველა დაინტერესებულ მხარეს აწვდის ფაქტებზე დაფუძნებულ ინფორმაციას თიბისის საქმიანობის სოციალური, ეკონომიკური და გარემოსდაცვითი ზემოქმედების შესახებ და მომზადებულია გლობალური ანგარიშგების ინიციატივის (GRI) სტანდარტების მიხედვით. კონკურსი ჩატარდა საქართველოს სტრატეგიული კვლევებისა და განვითარების ცენტრის (CSRDG) მიერ, ევროკავშირისა (EU) და კონრად ადენაუერის ფონდის (KAS) დაფინანსებული პროექტის „სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების ინიციატივა“ ფარგლებში. TBC Bank received two awards at the “Georgia’s Responsible Business Awards – Meliora 2024”. The grand prize of the contest was awarded in the category “Responsible Large Company of the Year”. TBC received this award for its outstanding efforts in addressing environmental, social, and governance challenges affecting employees, customers, the environment, and society. TBC also received the main award in the category “Transparency and Reporting on CSR and corporate sustainability”. This award was given for TBC's “Sustainability Report 2022”, which provides all stakeholders with fact-based information on the social, economic, and environmental impact of TBC's activities and is in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. The contest was organized by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG) under the ”Civil Society Initiative” project, funded by the European Union (EU) and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS).

Currently, a total of 100 machines are placed at TBC branches and client company locations. These machines received up to 2 billion GEL in cash in 2023, alleviating queues and saving customers' time
