The Orchard Place by SPECTRUM Architecture The multifunctional complex consists of two towers with 25 and 35 shops connected by a 5-story podium. Commercial and office spaces are combined in the building. The project building is ideally suited to the needs of the residents. A part of the terraces, designed with bright and cozy solutions, stands out. The balconies of the living rooms offer spectacular views of the city and are a way for residents to relax. Private Estate by SPECTRUM Architecture Basement floor allocates showroom, Board room, office, lounge and wine cellar, in line with Man’s cave and cinema. The showroom design, allocating 14 cars, is set as an expression of indulgence, passion, power, speed and unmatched extravagance. With dark tones as the main feature, decorative lighting is set to enhance the qualities of the prized possessions and showcase their audacious curves. A sense of minimalism surrounding the space complements the forms and allows to better reflect car aesthetics. Tskneti Dwelling by SPECTRUM Architecture Located in Tskneti, near Tbilisi, the residence is implemented in an admirable natural site. One of the most concerns with the project was to scale the house and yard respecting the surrounding landscape.
