Notre CEO Patricia Tranvouëz a participé à la troisième conférence Women in Luxury, Beauty & Wellness de Jefferies. We are pleased to have hosted Jefferies’ third Women in Luxury, Beauty & Wellness Conference, which took place in Paris and welcomed some of the industry’s most influential women founders and executives, who offered their views on what is driving innovation in each of their market segments.   The day was full of lively and thought-provoking sessions covering many of the key themes impacting these industries, notably the drive to understand the ever-changing consumer landscape.   Key takeaways from the day included:   ▪️ Dynamic of timelessness & brand desirability through the cycles ▪️ Redefining what’s possible in beauty via an incubation model ▪️ How science and innovation meet consumer expectations in self-care and wellness ▪️ The aesthetics momentum addressing changing consumer needs, Doctor versus Consumer Connection and the Go-to-Market dynamics ▪️ The corporate venture model and value creation, fueling the open innovation ecosystem   We heard about the importance of agility while maintaining a timeless brand trajectory from Catherine Spindler, Deputy CEO of Lacoste; about incubating new approaches to mass beauty from Erin Keating and Oshiya Savur, CCO and CMO of Maesa and from Samantha Etienne, CEO of BOLD, about the contribution of corporate venture to L'Oréal's innovation strategy.   A special thanks to our panelists from the companies leading the innovations to meet these - whether it be by redefining science-backed approaches to wellness, as exemplified by Ritual CEO, Katerina Schneider; INULA Group CEO, Patricia Tranvouez and LYMA CEO, Lucy Goff; or by offering new ways for women to feel good in their bodies, as detailed by Clinique des Champs Elysées CEO, Tracy Cohen; Neauvia Co-Founder, Kasia Nadolna; 111SKIN Co-Founder, Eva Alexandridis; Vivacy CCO, Alexandra Zoller and Laboratoires FILLMED Head of Global Marketing & Development, Berengere Boucly.   A huge thanks to all who joined this flagship event for Jefferies and our European Consumer franchise.
