AI is everywhere whether we are ready or not, and at Canadian Tire Corporation we are ready. I relish the opportunity to talk about the exciting things we are doing in this space. Most recently, I had the pleasure of being a guest on the #rbcdisruptors podcast to talk to host John Stackhouse, all about AI. We discussed the launch of our virtual shopping assistant, CeeTee, our very own AI chatbot for employees known as ChatCTC, some of our external and internal-facing AI initiatives, and the importance of being responsible and ethical in the deployment of this emerging technology.
