TRIUMF’s photon eye treatment is only offered to The University of British Columbia insiders and very affluent donors. https://www.triumf.ca/headlines/current-events/major-milestone-eye-cancer-treatment Men like me don’t need FOIA requests or a Stuxnet worm to snoop into the electronic files of a particle accelerator with wimpy cybersecurity. If there was a single low income or aboriginal patient treated at TRIUMF the The Vancouver Sun would have run the story.
