I had the privilege of teaching at the « Become a Renaissance Leader » program last week at the CentraleSupélec Paris Saclay campus. The Women Initiative Foundation organized this program in collaboration with CentraleSupélec, Berkeley Fisher Center For Business Analytics, Stanford University, and Northeastern University. What a transformative experience! Thank you, Mme La Présidente et Fondatrice of WIF Martine Liautaud for putting together such an impactful program, and my fellow professors Julie Le Cardinal, Caroline Simard, and Alexandre Tissot. I led the #data, #analytics, and #AI chapters of the Human Imperative in the Age of Generative AI. During these five extremely intense days, I pushed the 20 participants to amazing challenges. And yes, magic happened with great people, long days and evenings of work: Natural Language #Coding, #MachineLearning, Advanced #Visualization, #Markdown Coding, Classic #BI and advanced #presentation techniques... nothing resisted these fearless executives. Thanks to all the participants for their enthusiasm and great energy. You are showing the way and setting an example for executives around the world.😃

Five years later, it is my turn to present my testimony to women executives participating to the program of Women Initiative Foundation "Become a Renaissance Leader" which started last Monday on Université Paris-Saclay campus. In 2019, the "Intrapreneurship Innovation & Leadership Program" helped me to feel empowered to take over the position of General Director of Certigaz. This year, the new program was the opportunity to meet participants from different cultures and expertise with four international universities CentraleSupélec from Université Paris-Saclay, University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab and Northeastern University. I warmly thank Martine Liautaud and Julie Le Cardinal for their trust and confidence. I thank also all the participants for their attention and questions during my testimony. I hope they enjoy this 2024 program as much as I did! On top of that, it was a real pleasure to discuss with Caroline Simard Gauthier Vasseur Alexandre Tissot Anne-Marie Hubert, C.M., FCPA, FCA, LLD Laurence ONFROY Nolwenn Godard Sally Guilbert.
