TechCrunch and Natasha Lomas recently published two very good in-depth articles about Neurotechnogy (see 🔗 in comments ⬇️). It's always a pleasure to see major outlets cover our field of expertise and we truly hope to see more of this happening in the coming years as more and more devices hit the market. (Stay Tuned 🤫)
🧠⚡️ "The neurotechnology category tends to be associated with brain implants. But wearable neurotech refers to therapeutic medical devices that apply brain stimulation from outside the body" I'm always thrilled to see Tier 1 media like TechCrunch and journalist Natasha Lomas shedding light on our space and medical applications of wearable neurotech are an important part of how this technology can help people. But I think there's more to the story. Beyond medtech, consumer neurotech is the one that truly has the power to transform our daily lives. Consumer Neurotech and our ability to bake in Neurotech capabilities in our every day devices like our earbuds, our smartwatches or our glasses is what will shift the paradigm and make sure we all enjoy the benefit of neural interface technology. As a comparison, it's great to wear a dedicated skin-patch ECG device like HeartBeam Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) to detect if you're having a heart-attack but it's so much better if this can be done directly from your Apple watch. Naqi Logix Inc., Neurable, IDUN Technologies, EMOTIV and of course Wisear 🎧🧠, thanks for paving this road.
