Turningpoint Leadership

With complete self-confidence and opportunities to maximize my time at Puig, I’ve recently completed a successful Leadership in Transformation (LIT) program in Paris, France, alongside fellow colleagues. This powerful, diverse, and multicultural leadership journey was truly unique. I relearned that fundamental human challenges trascend individual differences, regardless of who we are. With the guidance of Turningpoint Leadership coaches, a candid introduction to the programe by Emma Ancelle and a inspirational testimony of Vanita Sabnani Dalamal, I’ve enjoyed this amaizing days with my Puig colleagues (Laura Z., Camille Mouquet, Ralf Minich, Jason Lam, Divna Susa, Riccardo Malaguti, Pauline ALCOVER, Min Colinot, Clara Maicas Molins, Souhila Boudhar, Wassila Korchi, among others great leaders). During this three days we explored essential human aspects: our relationship with our leadership story, our interactions with others and our ways to learn: Who am I being? How am I listening? What I’m understanding about what is being said? Where did I learn to see life the way I do? Working with powerful questions, understanding how trust and collaboration works and creating a personal vision as inspiration. Captivated by this spirit, upon returning home a striking coincidence ocucurred: while on the plane, I saw another airliner flying alongside ours, both preparing to land. Initially startled, I realized: leadership is about flying alongside others, recognizing that without you, there is no me. Continuing with the flight metaphor, I'm now eager to land as an LIT ambassador, offering to accompanying others on their leadership journey and continuing my development with my LIT learning community, LIT friends and Chile’s colleagues and teams. ✨ Empowering a Manufacturing Leadership Team: a Transformative Teamcoaching   Faced with the challenge of opening a second factory and doubling their workforce less than 2 years ahead, the leadership team of our Client realized they needed to boost efficiency, develop trust, regain energy and... inject a sense of lightness into their daily interactions. The team partnered with Turningpoint Leadership for a half-day monthly program, augmented by personalized coaching sessions with the team leader.   The journey supported the “working together” at a time of exponential growth of the company, and achieved: - acute awareness and recognition of the qualities & talents of each team member - renewed energy: creative, light AND deep (as in TP style: if you ho higher, go deeper... 😉) - ability to talk to each other more clearly and constructively - clarified priority items to achieve the vision for the company (and the team) By session 3, significant progress was evident. Yet, the team remained vigilant to anchor their newfound insights and prevent a return to past ways of doing. The success of the program was such that they concluded it after only the fifth session! Led by Agnès Perrone and Paola Pomponio, the team embraced the power of team coaching over time, recognizing its effectiveness over traditional shorter formats. 🙌🏽   #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamCoaching #TransformationalLeadership 

𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 Early this week Turningpoint Leadership Asia completed the delivery of this wonderful and exciting program we had designed for MetLife. Huge thanks and gratitude to Siew Choo Soh who championed this initiative, and her wonderful team who partnered with us to ensure that all 𝟐𝟏𝟑 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 from around the region fully participated and benefitted from the program which kicked off way back in August and ran all through till early October. I couldn’t be prouder of the team of Felicia Lauw, Soojin Kim, Tomoko Tanaka and Connie Fu who carried the program and journeyed attentively with all the participants in their respective cohorts. Who better to support and enable managers to become more coach-like in their day-to-day interactions with their teams than 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬! This massive initiative needed all the precision and attention that my wonderful team of WCM Shiela M. Cancino, CPA, DTM, ICF Coach and Mariana G. managed to perfection . Rolling out a 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟱 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟰 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 is an achievement that we, together with our wonderful partner MetLife, can be truly proud of. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥? 🌟 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 - we weren't just vendors but were given the trust and respect as partners all aligned with the same goal - to enable the managers to learn coaching skills that will enable them to empower their respective teams 🌟 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 - every single one of us fully committed to making this program successful for the main beneficiaries... the managers who turned up faithfully and participated wholeheartedly! 🌟 𝑫𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 - the professionalism and attention demonstrated by the coaches especially was outstanding!
