[RED TRACK 🚉] Last June saw the publication of SYSTRA's most important document, the 2023 Activity Report. Meanwhile, our teams were busy with some major metro extensions inaugurated in Paris and Copenhagen, as well as promising contracts won such as the Californian high-speed rail and the Brenner base tunnel's systems. [MILESTONES ✅] June 2024 saw the extension of lines 11 and 14 of the Paris metro. Their inauguration, just a few weeks before the summer 2024 sporting events, represents the culmination of several years' work for SYSTRA France's teams, and a great source of pride for the SYSTRA Group as a whole. 🚇 1️⃣4️⃣ From 24 June 2024, line 14 of the Paris metro will extend south to Orly airport and north to Saint-Denis-Pleyel. This line will be the longest in the Paris region and the backbone of the #GrandParisExpress. SYSTRA has worked alongside setec (leader of the Elios consortium) in project management for all the infrastructure on line 14 South, the renewal of the train operation automation system for RATPgroup, and in Systems Project Management Assistance for the Saint-Denis - Pleyel station for Société des grands projets 🚇 1️⃣1️⃣ Since 13 June 2024, line 11 of the Paris metro has linked Les Lilas to Rosny-sous-Bois, providing direct access to the centre of Paris and offering new connections to the Île-de-France Mobilités network. Cette ligne devient la plus longue du réseau francilien et la colonne vertébrale du Grand Paris Express. SYSTRA a travaillé aux côtés de Setec (mandataire du groupement Elios) en maîtrise d’œuvre de toutes les infrastructures de la ligne 14 Sud, au renouvellement du système d’automatisation de l’exploitation des trains pour RATP, ainsi qu'en Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage Systèmes sur la gare Saint-Denis - Pleyel pour la Société des Grands Projets. 🚇 1️⃣1️⃣ Depuis le 13 juin 2024, la ligne 11 du métro parisien relie désormais Les Lilas à Rosny-sous-Bois et offre un accès direct au centre de Paris, tout en offrant de nouvelles connexions au réseau Île-de-France Mobilités. [CONTRACT 🖋️] SYSTRA is to participate in the supply of railway equipment and systems for the Brenner base #tunnel, under construction in the Alps 📍,as part of a consortium led by Italferr S.p.A.. 🎯 The Brenner base tunnel is one of the longest rail tunnels currently under construction in the world. By 2032, it will enable the Austrian and Italian networks to interconnect with mixed conventional and high-speed connections for goods and passengers. 🤝We are delighted to be part of the Design Joint Venture awarded this three-year contract, which strengthens our involvement in this tunnel, one of the most ambitious underground projects in Europe. 👉 More info: https://lnkd.in/eft8PvRg Version française : [CONTRAT 🖋️] SYSTRA va participer à la fourniture des équipements et systèmes ferroviaires du tunnel de base du Brenner, en cours de construction sous les Alpes 📍, au sein d’un groupement emmené par Italferr. 🎯 Le tunnel de base du Brenner est l’un des plus longs tunnels ferroviaires en cours de construction dans le monde. [HIGH SPEED 🚄] SYSTRA continues to support the new high-speed rail network project in Egypt 📍, with the first trial in Germany of the first high-speed train built by Siemens. [CONTRACT 🎉] In Colombia 📍, SYSTRA Subterra has won a works supervision contract for the construction of a new corridor in Bogotá's #BusRapidTransit network🚌 . 🎯 This new contract represents a major step forward in the development of an inclusive, integrated and #sustainablemobility offer in the Bogotá metropolitan region. 🤝 With projects carried out in Colombia since the 1960s, SYSTRA is a key player in the development of public transport in the country.
