[CONTRACT 🚇] SYSTRA Asia teams obtains new assignments for the Taoyuan Metro Brown Line 📌, to assist our client Taoyuan Metro Corporation. 🤝 For the first time, we will be working in collaboration with engineering consultants TYLin Taiwan, specialised in project management and supervision. This new project is a continuation of the work carried out since 2019 for this line. ‘SYSTRA has been present on the Taiwanese market since 1980 and has contributed to the creation of metro lines in Taoyuan, Taichung and Kaohsiung, notably thanks to the patented U-shaped viaduct, as well as the Kaohsiung and New Taipei tramways. This new contract complements our long experience in this field, and I am confident in the ability of our teams to provide effective support to our partner and our customer in the implementation of this new phase of the Taoyuan metro project." [CONTRACT 🖋️] India chooses SYSTRA to create the automatic reservation and ticketing system for the future Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSL. 🚅 Teams from the whole SYSTRA Group will work for the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL) to prepare the technical specifications and tender documents for the AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) reservation and automatic ticketing system, before supporting the procurement process through to award.   "India has one of the most ambitious high-speed rail development programmes in the world. [CONTRACT 🖋️] SYSTRA has just been awarded a contract to design a new road tunnel in southwest Norway 📍, for Agder fylkeskommune near Arendal. 🛣 For this the 300-metre tunnel SYSTRA will be the project manager. Our teams will be in charge of modelling the rock structure and designing the tunnel as well as the accesses and systems. "This is a significant strategic win for SYSTRA. Firstly, it marks our first contract with this public client, offering the opportunity to establish a fruitful, long-lasting relationship with a major client that has several large projects in their pipeline for the coming years. Secondly, the project's environmental and digital requirements align perfectly with SYSTRA's strategy." [RED TRACK 🚉] Last June saw the publication of SYSTRA's most important document, the 2023 Activity Report. Meanwhile, our teams were busy with some major metro extensions inaugurated in Paris and Copenhagen, as well as promising contracts won such as the Californian high-speed rail and the Brenner base tunnel's systems. [MILESTONES ✅] June 2024 saw the extension of lines 11 and 14 of the Paris metro. Their inauguration, just a few weeks before the summer 2024 sporting events, represents the culmination of several years' work for SYSTRA France's teams, and a great source of pride for the SYSTRA Group as a whole. 🚇 1️⃣4️⃣ From 24 June 2024, line 14 of the Paris metro will extend south to Orly airport and north to Saint-Denis-Pleyel. This line will be the longest in the Paris region and the backbone of the #GrandParisExpress. SYSTRA has worked alongside setec (leader of the Elios consortium) in project management for all the infrastructure on line 14 South, the renewal of the train operation automation system for RATPgroup, and in Systems Project Management Assistance for the Saint-Denis - Pleyel station for Société des grands projets 🚇 1️⃣1️⃣ Since 13 June 2024, line 11 of the Paris metro has linked Les Lilas to Rosny-sous-Bois, providing direct access to the centre of Paris and offering new connections to the Île-de-France Mobilités network. [CONTRACT 🖋️] SYSTRA is to participate in the supply of railway equipment and systems for the Brenner base #tunnel, under construction in the Alps 📍,as part of a consortium led by Italferr S.p.A.. 🎯 The Brenner base tunnel is one of the longest rail tunnels currently under construction in the world. [HIGH SPEED 🚄] SYSTRA continues to support the new high-speed rail network project in Egypt 📍, with the first trial in Germany of the first high-speed train built by Siemens.
