Tout sur #OPHELIA ! Le développement de l'#énergiesolaire progresse rapidement dans le monde, mais s'accompagne d'une compétition sur les fonciers disponibles. OPHELIA, c'est un projet dédié au développement du #solaire sur des terrains linéaires, déjà occupés par des infrastructures (routes, pistes cyclables, digues, voies ferrées...). Tous les aspects vont être étudiés, jusqu'à la recherche d'une architecture électrique performante pour acheminer l'#électricité sur de longues distances. 🤝 Les partenaires sont CNR (Compagnie Nationale du Rhône), Nexans, Schneider Electric, SuperGrid Institute et Groupe SNCF. 🚀 Launch of the JIP Subsea Smart Hubs project in Paris!   I am delighted to announce the start of an innovative project in collaboration with our consortium partners SuperGrid Institute, AVENTA and SCM - Systèmes et Connectique du Mans, as well as our project participants: EDF Renouvelables, RWE, ESB and TotalEnergies. What an exciting week it has been at the CIGRE conference in #Paris! 🌟 Full of knowledge, insights, and fruitful discussions, this event truly highlighted the dynamic world of energy transmission. I had the pleasure of presenting my work on MVDC cables qualification protocols, which was developed in collaboration with Nexans. 🎤🔍 Sharing our research with such a knowledgeable audience was a fantastic experience! It was also great to meet with our clients and discuss ongoing and future projects. 🤝 There is so much potential ahead, and I’m excited about the possibilities. One of the highlights was engaging in discussions with experts about the future of energy transmission and the challenges facing renewable energies. ⚡🌱 These conversations are crucial as we look toward a more sustainable and resilient energy landscape.
