The 20th annual Schwelmer Symposium took place on June 17 & 18, 2024 in Schwelm, DE. Among the numerous speakers on modern lift technology was Klingner Olaf, Sales Manager at SERAPID Lift Systems, who spoke about new approaches of the Rigid Chain Technology for innovative solutions in the passenger lift segment. Following his presentation, Dennis Lindeboom, International Account Manager with iLiftinstituut, proudly presented Klaus Wuerkner, Managing Director of SERAPID Deutschland GmbH, the successfully passed certificate for the type examination of the Dual Lift Drive System (DLDS). The DLDS forms the core of SERAPID's new innovative passenger lift solution in the low-rise segment. SERAPID recognized the many years of cooperation with Liftinstituut, whose expertise, recognition and market experience have proved to be invaluable. Their role as standardization and certification experts ensures the international acceptance and reputation required for the future of sustainable, robust and reliable lift solutions. SERAPID will continue to drive the lift industry forward and set new standards for innovation, sustainability and safety. _____________________________________________________   Zum 20. Mal fand in diesem Jahr das Schwelmer Symposium am 17./.18. Juni in Schwelm statt. Zu den zahlreichen Referenten über moderne Technik im Aufzug gehörte auch Olaf Klingner, Vertriebsleiter bei SERAPID Lift Systems, der über neue Wege der Schubkette für innovative Lösungen im Segment der Personenaufzüge referierte. Im Anschluss an seinen Vortrag konnte Dennis Lindeboom, International Account Manager des Liftinstituut’s mit Stolz das erfolgreich bestandene Zertifikat für die Baumusterprüfung des Dual Lift Drive Systems – DLDS an Klaus Würkner, den Geschäftsführer der SERAPID Deutschland GmbH überreichen. Der DLDS bildet den Kern der neuen innovativen Personenaufzugslösung im Low-Rise-Segment bei SERAPID. SERAPID würdigte die jahrelange Zusammenarbeit mit dem Liftinstituut, dessen Fachwissen, Anerkennung und Markterfahrung von unschätzbarem Wert sind. Ihre Rolle als Normungs- und Zertifizierungsexperten gewährleistet die internationale Akzeptanz und Reputation, die für die Zukunft nachhaltiger, robuster und zuverlässiger Aufzugslösungen Voraussetzung sind. Mit diesem Zertifikat möchte SERAPID die Aufzugsbranche weiter voranbringen und neue Standards für Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit und Sicherheit setzen.

Just in time for summer! This custom pool / jacuzzi offers multiple configurations, with the whirlpool being able to hide under the stone as well as a swimming pool which can be covered to created an outdoor room for the seasons. You can see 2 SERAPID RollBeam units being used to move the stone cover, then the jacuzzi is lifted from below to the surface for use. In addition to the event podium shown here, we also use rigid chain technology for lifts, stage and orchestra podiums, stage trolleys, variable auditoriums and lighting systems.
