Detecting reflective objects with BlueLight Sensors Reflective surfaces, such as smartphone displays or screws, can pose a challenge for traditional sensors as they often reflect light away, preventing sufficient light from returning to the sensor for accurate detection. However, our BlueLight sensors use blue-emitting LEDs, which allow more light to return, ensuring reliable detection of reflective objects.

Detecting transparent objects with BlueLight Sensors Transparent objects, such as glass, reflect only a small part of the emitted light making them difficult to detect, causing switching signals to be inaccurate. Common in industries, these materials pose a challenge for standard (red light) sensors. However, our BlueLight sensors excel in detecting such difficult objects, proving themselves as versatile and reliable. Reliably detect: ✔ Clear plastic packaging ✔ Bottles made of glass or PET ✔ Ampoules and pipettes ✔ Clear foils for securing loads on pallets Watch the video to see our BlueLight sensors in action, successfully detecting transparent objects. #SensoPart #BlueLight #TransparentObjects #Detection #Innovation #Automation

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀 … In today's industry, the buzzword for material handling is AMR! But what exactly are Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and how do they differ from AGVs? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗠𝗥? AMRs are self-propelled robot systems capable of navigating independently through production facilities while avoiding obstacles. Equipped with advanced sensors and cameras, AMRs move safely and efficiently, making them ideal for dynamic environments. They can be used in a variety of settings and tasks, from plant inspection and maintenance to picking and delivering goods. You can even mount a second robot on an AMR, allowing for greater mobility without the need for a separate station. 𝗔𝗠𝗥 𝘃𝘀. 𝗔𝗚𝗩: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? ▪ 𝗔𝗚𝗩𝘀 (Automated Guided Vehicles) are track-bound, following predefined paths marked by wires, magnetic stripes, or floor markings. While they can detect obstacles, they are not capable of avoiding them and will stop if an obstacle is encountered. ▪ 𝗔𝗠𝗥𝘀, on the other hand, offer more flexibility. They use onboard software and 3D cameras to create real-time maps of their surroundings, navigate efficiently, and avoid obstacles autonomously. 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 To enhance accuracy and speed, mobile robots are often integrated with vision systems. Our VISOR® Robotic vision sensor provides greater flexibility, allowing these robots to adapt to new environments and complex tasks. With our advanced vision solutions, we ensure your mobile robots can handle variable tasks with precision and ease. #SensoPart #AMR #AGV #Automation #VisionSystems #VISORRobotic #Innovation
