Therapeutic microrobots, smaller than a grain of rice

À propos

At Robeauté we are developing a really small microrobot for novel therapies in hard-to-reach areas of the body. Designed specifically for the brain, at the service of neurosurgeons, our microrobot will be able to freely navigate in other complex regions of the body to perform biopsies, collect precise anatomically localized data and deliver therapies on site, at the right dosage. We are accompanying a major shift from robotic surgery to microrobotic surgery, for greater precision, better results and bold new therapies to tackle global diseases affecting more than a billion people worldwide. Our microrobot will light a spark in the minds of medical practitioners and scientists around the world, allowing them to imagine and create more effective treatments, to be delivered locally. We are a pluridisciplinary and multicultural team of passionate, skilled, supportive and creative people, at the crossroads of microrobotics, engineering and medicine. We work with phenomenal medical centers and university labs in Europe and the United States. Our team is growing and we are constantly on the lookout for highly-talented individuals. Working with us means working on something that has never been done before, so you will be challenged - and you will be supported. We are team players, with both classical and atypical backgrounds, so unconventional thinking is welcome and good communication skills are a must. We are based in Paris, France. Check out our website to see if there is a job opening for you. Follow us here as we tell you more of what we do.

BIG NEWS 🎉 We couldn't be more thrilled to announce that we've been selected for MedTech Innovator's 2024 cohort! MTI is the world's largest accelerator of medical technology companies and after an intense selection process which started off with 1300 international medtech companies, we are proud to say we are among the top 5% of startups selected for this prestigious program.  Over the next several months we'll learn from the best on how to optimize our clinical strategy so that we can receive clearance for our neurosurgical microrobot and get it to patients quickly - while getting a chance to present our tech & vision on international stages. 🔥 We're in excellent company with the 64 other exciting innovators (check out the photo) and we look forward to shaping the industry together. Bertrand Duplat and Joana Cartocci will be on the West Coast at the official kick off Summit, followed by the Wilson Sonsini Investor Conference on June 14th. Reach out to meet if you are in town! Thank you to the MedTech Innovator team and expert judges for the honor and to our fellow entrepreneurs who inspired us to join!  This is going to be awesome ✨ #IAmAnInnovator!

🤖✨ Joyeux anniversaire, Robeauté! 🎂 Today we pause to observe how far we’ve come in paving the way for medical microrobotics in the neurosurgical OR, in highlighting how much the medical community is eager for novel solutions to deepening neurosurgical conditions, in showing how sometimes it takes a moonshot to shake things up. The road has been anything but easy - but we would do it all again because the ride has been the most fulfilling ever. Tomorrow will be bright and our spirits are high for what’s to come: advancing through preclinical trials, game-changing partnerships, more US 🇺🇸 and launching our Series A funding round. Lucky for us, we find ourselves in the best company, surrounded by visionary, hard-working and kind-hearted individuals. 🔥 A special thank you to our exceptional engineering and operations team, our spearheading investors, our wise advisors who light our path forward and our brilliant allies worldwide. The end goal is always clear with you by our sides. Here’s to continuing on this fantastic voyage and to a successful year ahead! 🚀

🎉 It was the winning pitch! WIRED Health celebrated its 10th anniversary by carefully curating a thought-provoking and beyond interesting event. The fireside chats, the presentations and the #startup pitch competition gave the audience a novel perspective on subjects like women’s health, on designing inclusive products with diversity in mind, on neurodegeneration, AI solutions for infection diagnostics, protein printing, tiny robots (😉) and lots more. Robeauté was invited to present in the startup showcase and we won "best pitch", closing the conference with the final presentation, in front of an incredible room of innovators. ⚡️ Thank you to the team at WIRED Health for the honor and warm welcome and well done to our fellow startups working hard to make amazing tech for patients worldwide! This event should definitely not be missed. Our team’s relentless work was recognized on such a great stage and it felt great! ✨
