Following the acclaimed US premiere at the New York Film Festival, we are thrilled to announce Pavements is having its UK Premiere at the London Film Festival today! This innovative documentary-musical hybrid surveys the emblematic 1990s US indie rock band in typically idiosyncratic style: part-documentary, part-biopic, part-stage musical – but all Pavement. With three unmissable screenings at the BFI, join us for a wild ride through the band's rise, their cult status, and a movie-within-a-movie featuring an all-star cast, including Jason Schwartzman, Joe Keery, and Fred Hechinger.
