One particularly exciting highlight from this past month was the Pride Drive benefiting the Center on Halsted, an organization and community center dedicated to advancing community inclusion and supporting the health and well-being of the LGBTQIA people of Chicago. 🌱➡️ Our Farms of the Future are key to how we are supporting the transition to #RegenerativeAgriculture —here, we trial and test practices so that we can scale them across geographies & showcase best practices in sustainable farming to our grower partners. 🥔 Things were busy on the farm in May & June! Our teams were busy planting diverse crops to help prevent pests and disease, additionally providing an opportunity for nutrients in the soil to replenish. 🐄 In July, livestock will arrive on the Farm and get settled in for the summer! #RotationalGrazing ☀ Stay tuned as we continue to highlight a year in the life of a regenerative farm!
