En lien avec la journée mondiale du microbiote, le 27 juin, nous avons organisé au sein de MaaT Pharma un challenge : "Diversifier son microbiote en mangeant 25 fruits et légumes différents en une semaine" sur les conseils de Joel DORE. 📅 7 jours de challenge 🥝 Des communications tous les jours sur l'importance de diversifier son microbiote 🥦 61% de taux de participation 🍍 Challenge approuvé à 100% par les MaaTiens   Pourquoi est-il important de diversifier son microbiote ?  → Car le microbiote intestinal est un élément clé de notre santé globale. Sa diversité et son équilibre sont essentiels pour nous maintenir en bonne santé.
