For several years, Lesaffre has decided to provide access to the world of art by installing works of art on its various sites. For example, the #LesaffreCampus in France has two pieces by artists Bénédicte Dubart and Manon Thirriot. This desire to invite art into the workplace actually turns out to be older than that; in fact, on our Maisons-Alfort site in France, there is a painting dated 1888 signed by Jean Houlik. We do not have precise information on the artist but legend says that Jean Houlik was a worker at the Springer et Compagnie factory and that he offered this painting to his employer. Lesaffre announces the appointment of Ulrich Irgens as General Manager of Gnosis by Lesaffre, in this position Ulrich joined the Group’s Executive Committee. Over the course of his career, Ulrich has decades of proven experience on an international platform in managing the growth of health and #nutrition businesses developed in different companies. He also has an excellent understanding of European, American, and Asian cultures, countries representing important growth markets for Gnosis. “I'm very excited to be joining Gnosis by Lesaffre to support the development of Lesaffre's Human Nutrition and Health business alongside all the Group's teams.
