Otwartość na różnorodność jest łatwiejsza, kiedy sami jej doświadczamy. Taką myślą podzieliła się z nami nasza rekruterka Anna Choszczewska. Uczestniczyła w kolejnej edycji targów pracy w Łodzi organizowanych przez Fundacja Aktywizacja wspierającą osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. To był dzień pełen cennych spotkań z instytucjami wspierającymi inkluzywny rynek pracy. Ponadto wypełniony rozmowami z utalentowanymi osobami o różnych umiejętnościach. A także okazja do dostrzeżenia wyzwań z jakimi na co dzień się mierzą. Pomogła w tym strefa doświadczeń, w której każdy uczestnik mógł zobaczyć i osobiście wypróbować sprzęty, które pokazują różne rodzaje niepełnosprawności m.in. niepełnosprawności wzroku, niepełnosprawność neurologiczną, ruchową czy słuchu. There has been many debates on whether there is relevance in still having a public holiday specifically for women due to the many struggles that still face women in South Africa, gender-based violence against women is on the rise, and disparities in the working world still continue to see women as the minority in prominent positions however with all that might seem to be negative I still believe that there is great significance in this public holiday, I believe there is much to celebrate that women have achieved and accomplished amongst sometimes dire circumstances. I choose to be positive, I choose to be optimistic, and I choose to put a particular focus on the women that strive every day in our business and in our country. Rise up, women!
