We had the pleasure of welcoming over 100 secondary school students for a week of discovery and learning organized by Legrand France at our headquarters in Limoges 🙋♀️🙋♂️ From laboratory tours and wiring workshops to safety sessions and job testimonials, the week was filled with interactive experiences where #students had the opportunity to explore various careers and gain hands-on experience. 🗣 « The remarkable success of Legrand's first international employee share ownership plan testifies to the Group's investment in its teams and to the confidence and full commitment of its employees. » Benoît Coquart, CEO of Legrand Legrand implemented its first international employee share ownership plan, targeting approximately 63% of the Group's workforce. This initiative aimed to recognize and strengthen employee engagement in executing the Group's strategy and proved to be highly successful. Over 36% of eligible employees subscribed to the plan, demonstrating their full confidence in Legrand's development model. In France alone, among the 5,438 eligible employees, an outstanding subscription rate of more than 68% was achieved. Funded through share buybacks, this plan ensured that the value of existing shares remained undiluted. Notably, 100% of the shares allocated were subscribed, confirming the widespread commitment and motivation among the employees. By launching the employee share ownership plan, Legrand aimed to recognize and enhance the dedication of every team member involved in the Group's strategic implementation.
