À propos

Latour Capital is a French Private Equity fund which leverages the entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise of its investment professionals to work alongside management teams and develop companies while creating value for all stakeholders. Latour Capital was founded in 2011 by Cédric Bannel, founder of Caradisiac.com, Philippe Leoni, CEO of Spir Group for 13 years and Alain Madelin, former Minister of Economy and Finance, with a view to contributing their entrepreneurial mindset, genuine operational expertise, knowledge of numerous sectors and networks of contacts to the development and growth of companies through equity investments. Latour Capital is an independent management company, authorised by AMF (French Market Authorities) and 100% owned by its team. Latour Capital has over €2.6bn under management. We make investments: • in buyout and growth capital transactions • as majority or minority shareholder • on companies based in France and Europe • with an enterprise value in excess of €150m We have a generalist approach with, however, a focus on both business services and industrial businesses. We focus on primary transactions and, in this regard, target the spin-off of non-core subsidiaries of large groups. We focus on companies that have a strong growth potential, a specific competitive advantage (innovative product, commercial edge), an established or possible sustained international activity and a strong management team.
