📆 2025 CALENDAR ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 2025 FIA World Rally-Raid Championship calendars revealed: South Africa joins next year’s five-round FIA World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC). The FIA Baja Cups will return in 2025, with the World Baja Cup hosting eight events, the Middle East Baja Cup featuring four rounds, and the European Baja Cup expanding from five to nine rounds – all reflecting the growing appeal of Baja-style cross-country racing across different regions. Based on competitor feedback, a new sporting format for the FIA Baja Cups will be proposed at the WMSC meeting on 17 October. #FIA #W2RC #Baja

Last week, the FIA launched the inaugural edition of its Advanced Leadership Programme, bringing together 30 mid-level and senior managers from 15 FIA Member Clubs. The five-day event, held between Geneva and Chamonix, aimed to enhance leadership and management skills within the FIA network. Participants engaged in interactive workshops on key topics like Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, Lobbying, Government Relations, and Customer Relationship Building, while also gaining insights into Governance, Marketing, and Branding. The programme, developed by the FIA University team, featured contributions from esteemed experts, including Professors Karoline Strauss, David Hassan, Geoff Walters, Gui Bodet, and Dr. Rui Biscaia, all renowned for their work in governance, management, and consumer behavior. #FIA

The FIA is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Official Licensing agreement with Next Level Racing® – a global manufacturer and distributor of industry-leading simulator seats and cockpits. Next Level Racing® will deliver FIA Official Licensed Products in over 50 countries, with the latest gear available both commercial and private customers maximising the potential reach for this growing motor sport discipline. “We are constantly looking for ways to broaden the reach of our Esports projects,” said Eric Stranne, FIA Project Manager – Esports. “We have built in commitments to working with our network of ASNs, with a view to ensuring that more and more Esports events can take place within the FIA’s global ecosystem, encouraging greater participation and passion for motor sport.” In line with the FIA’s pledge to double global motor sport participation, Esports is a vital form of competition that has the potential to reach and inspire a huge number of potential competitors and fans, both as an entry point into real-world motor sport and, increasingly, as an aspirational independent discipline in its own right. A new step forward for women in motorsport! 💜💪 This November, Formula E is set to host an all-Women's Test Session — a world-first for a Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile Championship! The Women’s Test Session will be held on Thursday 7th November at Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, as part of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s pre-season testing schedule. The half-day test session will feature: ⚡️ Up to 22 elite women drivers testing equal machinery with the latest GEN3 Evo race car 🏎️ Each team in the Championship fielding at least one woman driver 🎙️ Drivers taking part in multiple media opportunities The full line-up of women drivers participating in the test will be announced in the coming weeks by each individual Formula E team. Formula E is proud to take this pioneering step as part of our long-term commitment to accelerate diversity and equality across motorsport. #FormulaE #Motorsport #Equality

FIA European Historic Rally Championship announces exciting FlexiFly partnership.
