🤝 The FDI Control Forum, Fusions & Acquisitions, Éditions Dealflow-Data and ESCP were pleased to organise the second edition of the Forum dedicated to the control of foreign investments, held at MEDEF on June 26th. This Forum, organized under the Chatham House Rule, was a unique opportunity to engage with key players in foreign investment control, including public authorities from France, Europe, and beyond, as well as businesses, investment funds, investment banks, strategy consultants, law firms, and communication agencies. We were honored to welcome international regulators who discussed the latest trends in control during a plenary session, followed by nine workshops focusing on key sectors such as defense, health, technology, and energy.
