[Success story 🎬] We are proud to share with you this video about the emblematic and multi-awarded Origine project, where Egis and Elioth, by Egis had the honor to be part of. In this video, Herve MAURER, one of the technical directors for building services at Egis, talks about how our engineering mission was carried out in this project, with HVAC and electrical engineering, acoustics, facades and wood structure, as well as BIM Manager. In addition to this scope Elioth by Egis was also involved in performing the Structural and timber envelope studies, APS-PC phase. With a mixed wood and concrete structure, Origine is distinguished by the abundant vegetation that creates an island of freshness in the heart of La Défense, Ile de France. Its architecture in harmony with the neighborhood and its adaptable interior design make it unique and innovative. 🌿 This landmark building is the only building of this size (70,000 m²) to reach E3C2 level (E C- label). Its technical approach focuses on energy efficiency, renewable and recovered energy, as well as the well-being of the occupants by taking a diverse and environmentally friendly approach to energy, harnessing sustainable sources such as photovoltaic and geothermal energy. ⚡ These efforts have been recognized with a dozen high-level environmental awards, including the “100 Iconic Sustainable Buildings” award from the G20, HQE Sustainable Building Excellent, BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Gold, WELL certifications, as well as Biodivercity and Low Carbone Buildings labels. And it led us to win the 1st prize in the 3 Diamond Awards 2023 in the 5000 m² category > in partnership with Le Moniteur, of which we are very proud. C’est l’expérience vécue par 4 collaborateurs Egis durant une journée avec Hélène Noesmoen à Marseille ! 🤩⛵    Dans le cadre de sa préparation à l’événement sportif du siècle en France, David SOUCHAUD, Clotilde COQUILLAT, Déborah Altman et Jean François MICHEL ont pu bénéficier d'un moment privilégié avec notre véliplanchiste IQ Foil de la #TeamEgis, qui vise l’or cet été au fil des vagues de la Marina de Marseille.    En pleine préparation pour les Jeux Olympiques de Paris 2024 - Comité d'organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024, Hélène a accueilli nos collaborateurs à l’endroit même où se dérouleront les épreuves de voile dans quelques jours. Ils ont pu découvrir l’endroit où les champions se réunissent pour s’entraîner mais également se ressourcer.    Ingénieure génie civil de formation et très concernée par les problématiques environnementales, Hélène a pu échanger avec nos collaborateurs qui partagent ses valeurs.    Une journée de découverte accompagnée par un beau soleil mais trop peu de vent pour nos collègues. 🙌    Un grand merci Hélène pour ta disponibilité et pour avoir fait découvrir ton sport !
