Engineering Solutions to harvest Earth’s energies

À propos

Globally, the reduction of greenhouse gases has transitioned from a simple groundswell into one of tsunamic proportion. The Earth still contains a tremendous amount of energy to be harvested. To produce it, we must be leaders in Green Energy production, i.e., we must produce the Earth’s energy with zero pollution and zero greenhouse gas emission, at the lowest cost possible. CURISTEC is helping its clients to reach this goal by developing innovative, transverse technological solutions focused on increasing efficiency and lowering cost. CURISTEC’s solutions are based on an integration of its extensive technical and operational experience. Our Geomechanics and Cementing scientists and engineers help you construct wellbores with the lowest risk and total cost. Our CurisLab facility provides conventional, advanced, and project specific laboratory testing services. Our CurisIntegrity simulating platform helps you reduce the complexity of cement integrity modeling and design cement systems. Our CurisData Well Information Management System (WIMS) provides a seamless communication and data capture tool to reduced non-productive time and cost. Our R&D projects focus on solutions for your project specific challenges when existing technologies and products are not available.

We are pleased to announce $9.7 million in new financing, led by Constellation Energy Ventures, with BlueScopeX and Thin Line Capital, as well as individual inside investors.   This new financing will accelerate XGS’ North American prototype demonstrating our proprietary Thermal Reach Enhancement™ (TRE) geothermal technology. TRE leverages materials 50x more conductive than native rock to deliver high-efficiency thermal energy without dependence on water or geology and can be deployed anywhere in the world.   The prototype builds on the successful completion of more than 24 months of lab testing and is a key milestone for XGS’ first commercial projects in the Western United States, Japan, and the Philippines.
