[RATINGS] BRUT MILLÉSIMÉ 2015 JamesSuckling.com awarded Brut Millésimé 2015 with an excellent score of 95/100. “This is in a new bottle, like the stout ones used for Cuvée Rosé and Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. This is very structured with a density and richness with hints of strawberry to the apple character. Bubbles turn fine textured at the end. Delicious flavors of biscuits and dried apple in the finish. Special character to this because of the very ripe vintage. Disgorged in November 2021. This is half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir. [RATINGS] Decanter awarded Grand Siècle Iteration “Les Réserves” Iteration N°20 with the outstanding score of 98/100. “Subtle chamomile and dried bergamot peel notes appear first on the nose, followed by a lift of lemon and stone. Unusually fragrant, this is clearly evolved but far removed from the usual tertiary flavours of mature Champagne. This is a sublimation of citrus, herb and chalk. The palate has edges of beeswax but with an incredibly sprightly and fine mousse and utter freshness. It is a picture of ageless grace, so zesty, creamy, bright and so very chalky. Lemon shines long on this complete outlier with its profound, light and tonic-like body and uncommonly fragrant nature.
