La Maison Encry si trova a Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, nel cuore della Côte de Blancs, classificato al 100% come Cru e uno dei soli 17 villaggi ad avere la denominazione Grand Cru. Questa zona è rinomata per il suo terreno calcareo grigio, noto come Kimmeridgiano, che contiene anche fossili marini, contribuendo a rendere le cuvée di Encry uniche e simboliche del territorio. Le cuvée prodotte con le uve Chardonnay da questo Grand Cru offrono un prodotto elegante ma deciso, caratterizzato da un grande equilibrio dopo il riposo in bottiglia. Note di lime, zenzero, camomilla, brioches e frutta secca tostata si mescolano per creare un profilo di gusto raffinato e distintivo, con una fresca presenza marina che sottolinea l'essenza del territorio. Two Italians producing champagne. La Maison Encry is located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte de Blancs, classified 100% Cru and one of only 17 villages to have the Grand Cru designation. This area is renowned for its gray limestone soil, known as Kimmeridgian, which also contains marine fossils, helping to make Encry's cuvées unique and symbolic of the area. The cuvées produced with Chardonnay grapes from this Grand Cru offer an elegant but decisive product, characterized by a great balance after resting in the bottle. Notes of lime, ginger, chamomile, brioches and toasted dried fruit mix to create a refined and distinctive taste profile, with a fresh marine presence that underlines the essence of the territory.
