But I loved the discussion and here are 4 tips I’ve talked about: 🤝 TEAM : I want to work with people I´d like to spend time with in my personal life. We have only one life so let’s have fun ! 📈 M&A : For acquisitions (I’ve made 10 acquisitions with Brevo) if there’s no fit at the 1st meeting, drop the deal ! 🏹 MARKET : Target a massive market that will allow you to create a big business with only 1% market share. Brevo helps SMBs and global companies to connect with their customers. It is a massive market. And now we are the leader in Europe. 🔬 FOCUS : At the very beginning Brevo was a digital agency creating websites but we launched several projects internally at the same time. The day we understood there was a need for CRM technologies we stopped everything else and focused on this market as it was massively scalable.
