    Balenciaga is committed to the professional development of interns and apprentices and has developed a three-step program to accompany them. First step: onboard. Balenciaga pays particular attention to providing comprehensive information for a smooth integration from the Kering Group to the House's heritage, values, products, operations, and environmental & social commitments. Second step: develop and grow. To expand their professional opportunities, Balenciaga's intern and apprentice community is invited to take part in a round table discussion with experienced company managers. This forum is also an occasion for new interns and apprentices to receive development advice. Third step: expand network. Balenciaga enables interns and apprentices worldwide to meet and share their experience over a dedicated virtual gathering, broadening their House and industry knowledge. In 2024, 75 duos were created. In 2023, Balenciaga welcomed more than 360 interns and apprentices within all departements worldwide. Balenciaga would like to thank all the interns and apprentices, their mentors, and internal experts for their contribution to a learning culture within the House.     Balenciaga has launched the first phase of its Apple Vision Pro app. The program marks a leap in spatial computing with an intuitive interface for seamless content interaction, delivering a never-before-seen immersion into the world of Balenciaga.   As the first fashion house to use Apple Vision Pro for a show, Balenciaga’s app, downloadable on the Vision Pro headset, lets users experience the Spring 25 show in Shanghai as if they're in the front row.     In continuation of its worldwide expansion, Balenciaga opened a new 367-square meter store in Zurich. It is the house’s first ever Swiss flagship.   The building, finished in 1926, features a neoclassical façade with a stone base at street level. New vitrines are seamlessly integrated in the original window openings. Following Balenciaga’s Raw Architecture concept, the store’s construction was careful to respect and expose the structure’s accumulated histories, inherently resulting in the use of fewer virgin materials.     Balenciaga launches a multi-pronged collaboration with the racing video game Need for Speed Mobile, featuring in-game content and limited-edition interactive merchandise.   Debuted in 1994, the Need for Speed franchise has revolutionized the street racing genre ever since. The collaboration includes in-game custom-designed car liveries and character looks selected by Demna, as well as decals and locations to be discovered within the Need for Speed Mobile world.   The Balenciaga | Need for Speed Mobile merchandise includes jerseys and caps in classic Balenciaga silhouettes.
